Sneakerella
When El, an aspiring sneaker designer from Queens, meets Kira King, the fiercely independent daughter of legendary basketball star and sneaker tycoon Darius King, sparks fly as the two bond over their mutual affinity for sneakers. Overall good movie
I actually like the movie. My daughter was watching it too, being instantly entertained. The movie follows the journey of a young man pursuing his dreams, while meeting a person of interest along the way. The only part of the movie i didn't like was all the singing. If you are looking for the next tyrese, please do it in a commercial and not a movie. In fact, there should be a rule that if a certain percentage of the movie is singing, it should be a musical and not a movie. The only person I can hear sing over and over is jazmine Sullivan. But Lexi underwood is a star! The cast is great. John Salley is like on his 3rd career. It's an overall good movie. - lallolu - 19 August 2022
Very nice musical
I think this is a very nice film. Nice story and good acting. I think adapting Cinderella film to modern New York is brilliant. I am assuming many of the negative reviews are from some kind of reviewers that usually hate adaptations. - llinneaborg - 29 May 2022
A classic movie going down the drain again
For kids this might be cute, but we already know the story, it's nothing new and it is just to much in one movie.
So many effects and it looks terrible and yeah Cinderella has her blue fairy but that doesn't mean that we need magic everywhere every second it doesn't help the movie at all.
The songs where okay but didn't give add anything really to the movie, so sorry but this isn't your best job. - hcbanker - 20 May 2022
Cute, wholesome Disney movie
Great modern reboot of a dated classic. Loved the diversity and the songs were quite good. Kept my and my 10 yo daughters interest. I would recommend this movie.
