What you were doing when you were 23?
This is the question keeps crumbling in our head after watching this film. A perfect depiction of the Sardar Udham Singh's life.

The portrayal of relation between Bhagat & Udham Singh is the best.

The truth & reality of Jalianwala Bagh Massaccare was breathtaking. Bloodbath shocks As Soojit Sircar told in his interview, Sardar Udham Singh was died at that night itself.

The dialogues gives the clarity of the thoughts of Sardar Bhagat Singh & Sardar Udham Singh.

As he said We're not against any Person or country, We're against Exploitation from one person to Another.

    Long Live The Revolution!!

One of the most powerful films I've seen.
This is a phenomenal movie, sometimes when you're flicking through Amazon Prime for a movie, you take a punt, and get rewarded with a film that just blows you away, Sardar Udham did exactly that, what an incredible film.

It's a period in history that I know a little, but not a great deal, I felt like as well as being entertained, and that I actually learned a great deal, it's great when a film can do that. The final hour of the film is one of the toughest things I've seen for a while, extraordinary viewing, it is harsh and quite shocking, several scenes will stay with me for some time.

Vicky Kaushal put in a phenomenal performance, incredibly good, a sincere, powerful showing from start to finish, quite something.

Sets and costumes were terrific, the visuals were one of the film's most striking elements, the cinematography was quite something, hats off to the camera crew.

I know the film's length may be challenging for some viewers, and yes it's almost three hours long, but ultimately, this film is worth every second of your time.

    10/10.

    Totally wrong information!!!
Indian directors are so lazy that they don't want to read history books!!! Bhagat Singh never met Udham Singh ever!!!! Not even a single verified report to support such claim as shown in this movie . So much inaccurate information. I don't even know where to start. There is not even accurate information whether they were ever put in same jail. There are some freedom fighters of India that we do not have information about them which unfortunately includes Shaheed Udham Singh but Indian Directors try to add some 'Masala' just to make a 2-3 hour movie. They add a title 'Based on true events' just to attract audience. It's so sad when I watch such kind of cinema. I request people to please read about Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh and you will observe discrepancies in the events shown in Shaheed's Udham Singh so called true movie. People who do not have time to read will believe that some of the events are true. Directors' should let people know that they add their own stuff.

Just agree that we do not have much information about Udham Singh. I want to let people know that Udham Singh's family financial conditions are very bad. His grand kids are doing labor work. I wish Government has done something for them because our Freedom Fighters died fighting for this country leaving their families aside. Now it's our duty to support them.

    Absolutely brilliant!!
Hats off to the team who created this film. What cinematography this was!! As an Indian, I felt so sad knowing that I had no idea that this happened in Amritsar...what a powerful story.

It's a slow burner for sure at the beginning, took a while for me to actually get into it and understand what was happening, but my God that last hour had me in bits!! Tears continued to trickle down my face! I couldn't control it, didn't even realise I had my hand on my heart the entire scene of the massacre! Unsettlingly heart wrenching. The heightened emotions!
