iamanasimon - 9 June 2024 Paper-thin plot with superior acting Hard to expect it to be a masterpiece since it was a Wattpad story initially, but the way it's filmed is cutting edge: beautiful places that are breathtaking to watch, eye-catching outfits, and amazing soundtracks that immerse you in the atmosphere of the music video.
I'm very sorry for Michele Morrone and Anna-Maria Sieklucka who were nominated for the worst actor because they were actually really good at their roles. It doesn't reflect their acting skills, it's a nomination for their characters if we're all being honest. It was kind of brave to take a part in something like that.
My polyglot side was thrilled to watch this movie just to listen to them speaking three languages at once.
irkicata - 14 March 2024 Romantic and nice I like all 3 parts of trilogy. It's appropriate mostly for women. I think that the story is interesting. Every time the end is open. Beautiful movie also! Good looking people, shiny lifestyle, very romantic places and more. Yes it's not so deep, but it's pleasure to watch it. I would like so much part 4 and happy end, of course. Laura and Macimo have to be together and finally to have a baby. Recommend for romantic and open minded people. Sex scenes are very soft and exciting. I like these genre of movies for Friday night. It reminds me for 50 shades... Same style. Very good movie in this category.
laszlosarolta-07576 - 19 July 2023 Can be watched once What can I say: after all these critical reviews I didn't expect a good movie-watching evening.
It's not even close to the best movies, but still: worth a try. Alright, it has a silly plot... Apart from that the actors are good-loking and sexy (in my opinion), they play their roles just fine.
I admit, there wasn't a big development in their relationship and the chemistry between the main characters isn't the best either...
The love scenes, however, are well-made and you can feel the emotions and the connection of Laura and Massimo.
Also, I appreciate how it didn't end like all the happy romantic movies do...
+1: the soundtrack! I find the songs played in the movie really good, even for a first listen. I'll definitely look them up and add some of them to my playlist.
rintakyo-91296 - 25 September 2022 What even is this? I am speechless, after sitting through this movie, I just have no words at all! There's no plot at all, the entire movie is just the main characters mating together. I can't believe who would write a script like this, it's flabbergasting to me. They have most illogical music videos, one second they'll be fighting, and then the other, their riding in their car and there will be some happy song playing. This reminds me of the movie, After, just filled with abusive relationships and unnecessary plot twists. It's indescribable, the movie is just indescribable, what is actually going on? The direction makes me nauseous. It's the fact that Anne-Maria Sieklucka (Laura Biel) keeps trying to do a seductive voice, even though it just feels like she's whispering, it's cringe.
Vector18 - 21 August 2022 Stockholm Syndrome: The Movie The only reason I watched this was because of my girlfriend, and I'd like 2 hours of my life back.
The plot is basically that the male character kidnanapps, a woman who he has a crush on, sexually assaults her several times and then, because he saves her from drowning and her ex-boyfriend is a dick, she falls in love. Are you serious? He wants to keep her locked up for a year completely isolated from her family and friends and just hopes that the Stockholm syndrome will do the rest. The male character is the definition of a creepy pervert and quite frankly, if this was real life and not a "movie" a person like him would most like be a convicted sex offender.
I have seen far better acting in YouTube videos. The female character, at the start of the movie, is presented as a strong no nonsense business woman and as soon as she is kidnapped she turns into a teenage girl. And her complete character is destroyed. The male character is what you would get if you gave a fifte-year-old boy who never saw girl naked a sixpac and a lot of money. He sees the female the way a child sees a toy in the toy store his mom won't buy him. His arrogance a ego is what mature people laugh at when someone tries to act like that. I can't see how the things he does can be socially acceptable.
Don't understand how women enjoy this and how this is a triology.
pagoni-gosia - 25 July 2022 At the beginning I put 3 stars, but when I finished I put 1 Irrelevant, stupid story, nothing stick there. How these main characters even got married, not having even one serious dialogue??
