    Unsatisfying at best...
Superficially not a bad film, it's well made, contemporary, spinetingling and - most importantly - not too long. A proper nail-biter. BUT the ending leaves you deeply dissapointed, even though the villain is caught and seemingly gets arrested. After almost two hours of watching him escape the consequences of his disturbingly sick crimes, by using his powerful position in a corrupt system, you know he will most likely not get what he deserves (which, in my humble opinion, would be a slow and painful death and not just an assumed prison sentence...).

The actors are doing a great job though, especially Hugh Bonneville as the depraved ex-judge, so I've added extra points for that.

    Kept me on the edge
I thought this movie did a great job of keeping me on the edge of my seat.

The story was decent but the intrigued kept me, you kept wanting to yell at the screen to tell the actors shah to do !! In a good way.

I thought they did a great job of developing the best friend and the mom they did way more development math them which I loved.

Ending was very satisfying and I thought they wrapped it all up well, if you pay attention the ending works well and you'll be happy with it.

The title. Add will fool you and the description but give this movie a chance and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

    Solid 7.

    Incredibly stupid
Dont know where to start, everything is Incredibly stupid. Guy breaks in, sees someone hostage, decides to come back, ALONE, to save him. Gets killed. Other guy decides to go to the killer's house, ALONE, gets drink spiked, manages to barely escape with his life, and next day, I'm not kidding, goes back in the killer's car. ALONE. Gets killed. Mom looks for her dead son, breaks in the house, yep you guessed it, ALONE, gets killed. And in the end the best friend, goes and breaks in.... ALONE again, cus that worked so well so far. Not to mention that pretty much everyone dies just because this one friend hides all the secrets just to hide, even from his wife, that he makes little graffitis because this is such a big secret when a serial killer is killing everyone and you actually have information... And finally, even the killer is incredibly stupid, but the only reason he doesn't get caught is because everyone else, including the cops, are incredibly incredibly stupid.

Worst scenario I have seen this year. There's nothing to make up for it (maybe the mother's acting?). Painfully long too, but I guess everything seems long when you're facepalming all the way through it.

    I Came By
Angry and confused graffiti writer George Mackay breaks into the homes of the rich, painting 'I Came By' on their walls. His friend, played by Percelle Ascott is soon to be a father and backs out of the larceny, but Mackey continues and breaks into the home of retired judge Hugh Bonneville, but discovers something frightening there.

This is an intriguing, often brutal and dark thriller, helped immeasurably by the presence of Bonneville, who atypically dons the rags of a particularly unpleasant villain and wears them very well. Where this goes awry is in the many domestic layers in place, that divert too much from the core story. As a result, the relationship between Mackay and his mother, played nicely by Kelly Macdonald and between Ascot and his girlfriend is completely over egged, rather spoiling the core thriller and indeed the police element which showed promise and is rather played down.

Lazy, woke writing, but otherwise very well made
So many reviewers have already said it, this was a potentially good story that was put in the hands of someone who was so keen to be woke, they completely forgot about making the story remotely believable!

Were it not for the high production values, not least cinematography and acting, this would probably have rated zero - ok, IMDB doesn't go that low, so a 1.

But those positives just couldn't outweigh the dire script, the totally ridiculous writing, the in-your-face wokeness which comes head-on from start to finish. It's almost embarrassing and quite an insult to the intelligence of viewers to do this so blatantly.

Please, please let's move on from this sort of drivel.

    Creepy........
I didn't know what to expect from this film. I wasn't even sure if I was going to watch it. But man I am glad I did. The film tells a very creepy story and does it very well. Some of the scenes felt very real in a way, and I just found it creepy. I like how you don't really know who is the main character, because everyone keeps on getting killed. It constantly makes you wonder what is going on and why the bad guy is doing this. And then at the end, it concludes in a epic way. The acting is really good and keeps the plot going nicely. I feel like the story is a little bit convoluted at times. But overall it is a creepy film, and was a lot better than I thought it would be.
