    REAL
The realest movie out there. Literally laughed so many times and the kids were portrayed so accurately, exactly how kids in theater speak. It was giving what it needed to give and it was weird in all the right places. I loved this movie so much u can't even describe it and the performance at the end was so amazing and the actors were such good singers. I love the way it was directed and I wish I could make that movie really life and join in because it just seems like such a fun environment and group of people to be surrounded by. I hope at least one person reading this goes and watched it 5/5.

    Theatre Camp
When the beloved owner of a popular but financially threatened kids' theatre camp drifts into a coma, it is up to her wholly inexperienced and socially inept son to keep things going. Not interested in actually helping in keeping things afloat, because they are busy creating art, the artistic leaders instead continue to shape their young ambitious charges' theatrical ambitions so that their visions of their own latest works of genius can be born.

Whilst many people, indeed nations will be largely ignorant of the notion of theatre camp, this needn't stop anyone getting a great deal of pleasure from the seeing these strange musical types talk utter bilge about musical theatre and what motivates them to try and contribute to it. Sharp and witty and slightly troubling to those who haven't heard of this notion, there is plenty of vicious humour to be enjoyed.

    Waiting For Guffman 2.0, almost
This movie made me laugh out loud (Troy Rubinski translation: LOL), even if it tried really hard for much of its 90 minute runtime. If Waiting For Guffman was reincarnated in 2023, it would look like this. It is just that we have seen a LOT of mockumentaries since then, so the laughs are a little less loud and a little less frequent. But even with the diminishing returns and the over-the-top approach, there's plenty of hilarity all the same, especially if you have any theater experience whataoever. The genuine sense of adolescent awkwardness and performativeness covers over a multitude of sins.
