Over produced for a Boring plot
The journey from beginning to end left me feeling disoriented, with the music often feeling exaggerated and out of sync with the scenes. It's evident that more attention was given to visual effects and costumes than to crafting a compelling script, resulting in a lackluster and tedious experience. Spending two and a half hours on this film felt like a complete waste of time, as it failed to deliver any meaningful entertainment or narrative depth.

Throughout the film, it became glaringly evident that the main character lacked the necessary protagonism to drive the narrative forward. Instead, the focus seemed to shift erratically between secondary characters and flashy visuals, leaving the protagonist feeling like a mere bystander in their own story. This lack of central focus further detracted from the overall coherence and engagement of the film, contributing to the sense of aimlessness and frustration experienced by viewers.

Fantastic Beasts and Another Mediocre Film
While I don't think this movie was too bad, it was a let-down from JK Rowling's side. The first and the last act of the movie were good. But the 2nd act lacked real substance. It was so confusing like why was Jacob given a wand and what was the point of Jacob and Lally going at the party, and why was Tina excluded in the film (except for the last scene.)

But overall, it had amazing visuals and the actors' performances were amazing. And I think they could've shown a flashback scene instead of just telling how Dumbledore's sister Ariana died( Imagine the feeling if Snape just told Harry he loved his mother instead of showing the memory. That's how I felt when Albus tells how Ariana died.)

It was good seeing a few easter eggs to the Harry Potter franchise but what these films lack is good story-telling. This combined with all the controversy around JK Rowling and not casting Johny Depp, Fantastic Beasts was doomed. Oh and I was pretty dissapointed how all the few beasts shown in the movie were of no significance to the story except the Qilin. And Qilin bowing to Dumbledore also doesn't make any sense(It should've bowed to Newt or Jacob instead.)

Unwatchable, Disjointed Mess, and Wooden villain
A lot of loose ends and completely nonsensical arcs make the movie feel all over the place and disjointed compared to the first two films. Ezra Miller being in the spotlight has made it impossible to watch, and the wooden acting of the NEW villain doesn't help. Additionally, the lack of a connection to both new and old characters is a recurring problem. Dan Fogler, Eddie Redmayne, and Jude Law are the only saving grace of this movie, along with the impressive visuals and VFX. Additionally, J. K. Rowling's book writing style is still evident throughout. Instead of showing, the characters are often engaged in a lot of exposition, treating the audience as if they were first graders who can't comprehend what is happening within the scene.

    Absences and strange twangs.
While I found the movie overall quite good and a decent addition to the series, major detractions from elements that made the first two movies so good were overwhelmingly noticeable for me.

An irritation for me, Jude Law was constantly twanging out syllables in American, especially considering the accent he was going for didn't turn up in the Harry Potter universe on dumbledore until they were forced to replace the first actor to play the professor in Harry Potter, due to his death.

The most noticeable absences were the replacement of Jonny Depp by Mads Mikkelsen and also the Heroine of the first movie. While Mads is a fantastic talent, I just felt that Depps version of Grindlewald was more suitable, intriguing and, frankly, more menacing. It feels almost like they rewrote some of the movie to revolve around that replacement somehow, it fell a bit flat on me.

The general pace of things, innovation, imagination and splendor of the first two was simply not present here. I have no idea why exactly, the movie just lacked something the others had.

I do hope they go for a fourth movie, if only to end the series on a real high.

I'm also really curious why they used the same actor for tom riddle and celsius, or whatever his name was. If in fact there's a reason for it other than, "we like this geezer" and/or "damn this kid can act"

    Shockingly rubbish.
Should not even be linked to anything to do with Harry Potter, the start is shockingly nasty and really if you are sensitive to animals being killed, and how this is rated a 12 is beyond me, completely unnecessary slicing the throat of a baby deer ( be it a supposedly fictional deer, still it's the same), the rest of the film is so mediocre it's a complete shambles, highly not recommended at all. I'm not sure if this was written by JK Rowling, I really hope not as she has seriously lost her way, the first on the series of those fantastic beasts is ok, but those ones just plain awful. Please give us another story as good as Harry Potter.

When we expect too much, cuz we forget too be humble!
So much hate from people who doesnt appreciate great actors and awesome build of cgi perfection. How ever the story has changed a lot by missing J. D. but was replaced with also a great actor. Story is lacking of more excitement and action. I really hope they will continue with better plot and shut those mouths of those...I cannot call them people! The first, second and now the third part are taking us to journey how Harry Potter once win the hearts of our children, and even us as a parents. This trilogy so far has been for older generations and thats the key that makes me extremly happy. Overall a great movie! BTW 2 those who gave 1/10 2/10 3/10 ratings are really mean and unreal I guess children with a lot of free time, and not controled by their parents! I am so dissapointed with this new world we live in! :(

    Disappointment
I have been expectantly waiting for this to release. Only to be disappointed beyond least expected. The movie have no plot, the dialogues doesn't had any life or authenticity. And the story has very uninteresting twists which added no value and kind of destroyed it's preceding movies based on the original novels. Much was expected from each of characters. Eventhough visually it was appealing the acting and the plots, rescues and plan felt very underdeveloped or of any significance. I hope they will not continue this franchise. Those who love the wizarding world created by Rowling should not be disappointed anymore.
