    Jesus Christ
This movie has changed me in indescribable ways. I have never been more inspired by how it has tackled the different topics of suicide and bullying all throughout this film. As someone who has dealt with things like that this film really does just speak to me on how people feel like outcasts. The suicide scene will never not bring me to goosbumps; I have never cried to a movie or TV show but this has been the closest I have ever came. The movie feels so much longer than it actually is yet you enjoy every single second of it. Despite this being an anime, this is truly my favorite movie of all time and I sincerely cannot describe the beauty of the setting, problems, and characters.

    Best anime movie ever
It is a actual masterpiece. One of the best creations of director The story is really simple yet it is quite interesting and the character development is really well done. None of the character feels forced or unwanted as they perfectly fits in the story After reading the manga I can say that covering whole story in such a short time My personal favorite Sean was that when nishimiya after ishida fell while saving her and after she met his mother when she was apologiz and ishidas mom didn't scolded her

This is a story which most of teenagers can relate to and some way or other find themselves in story.

This movie is highly recommended if you are in depression or just feeliing sad.

    Good one!
For some reason I was able to finish the entire film without needing to take a break. I was interested from the beginning until the last however personally it feels like we were left hanging to what is it exactly that made Shoya make things up with Shouko -was it guilt? Or does it involve any romance? I'm guessing just guilt and that he just matured; it would have been so good if they make it a little more romantic because both the main characters have such chemistry! Nonetheless ending isn't bad I was just looking for more than that. This is the type of film that you won't be looking for any part 2 but you wouldn't mind rewatching after a year either.

    Strange...
I had higher expectations. I think the topic and message are interesting but I don't like the way they are presented. The film is quite monotonous. New scenes are constantly shown and I have the impression that finally something important will happen, but no... I also think that the information about the characters should be more detailed. I'm glad that I watched the movie and I'm sorry that it didn't meet my expectations.

    Many shapes of beauty
Back then, if we could have heard each other's voices, everything would have been so much better.

Aiya it's gonna be a while to emotionally recover from this movie.

Even though I felt the runtime was a bit long, I loved the pensive tone of the movie. The gorgeous animation and music really set me in a contemplating mood. The quietness throughout didn't feel melodramatic, but instead captured the lack of voices that many characters had.

The relationship between the two main characters and their struggles was masterfully crafted to create a emotionally depressing tale. The symbols of koi fish, firework, notebook, and more were at times quite too complex for me to comprehend. Still I was engaged in the story, and multiple I was on the brink of tearing up. The way voice was communicated in different shape was beautiful.

I watched this movie a while ago, but I still remembered the ending well before coming to this rewatch. However, this time the ending was all the more emotional, and I could not help but letting the tears lose.

There's some minor problems like uneven focus on some of the minor characters and occasional pacing issues, but they didn't really bother me that much.

Overall, a beautiful drama in many shapes. 9-9.5/10.
