Buster and his new cast now have their sights set on debuting a new show at the Crystal Tower Theater in glamorous Redshore City. But with no connections, he and his singers must sneak into the Crystal Entertainment offices, run by the ruthless wolf mogul Jimmy Crystal, where the gang pitches the ridiculous idea of casting the lion rock legend Clay Calloway in their show. Buster must embark on a quest to find the now-isolated Clay and persuade him to return to the stage.

    A great theatrical performance
    It took me until now to watch Sing 2 since I usually expect follow ups to be mediocre. I did really enjoy the first movie, mostly because I think it did a great job with the songs and the build up for the last performance.

    To my surprise, Sing 2 is doing an ever better job than the first movie. Sure, the concept is very similar, but this time, the threat is actually real which made me even more invested in the characters' success. And you know that the directors of the movie have done a good job when I am actually excited before the final performance in the movie, and I really enjoyed it! A great ending to a well made movie.

    Good job Illumination! This is so much more creative than "Minions". A second movie outperforming the first one is pretty rare!

    Busters back
    I enjoyed the original sing. It was something new having animals audition for a singing competition and new talent. Now buster is back along with his crew as they host a show that sees a TV talent scout call them not good enough. This is the final straw for him so he takes his friends on a roadtrip to a las Vegas looking city to prove that they are good enough to a harsh Simon cowle type and his posh daughter porsha. Porsha was a good character so was the cute cat. I liked the edition of the new characters and watching busters lie get bigger makes you wonder what will happen. Overall I really enjoyed this and thought it was a worthy sequel.

    The craziest animation, wow!
    This movie is so much fun to watch, the visuals are incredible. A lot of fantasy and a lot of work went into this making. I really liked it!

    We laughed and I had a little tear. I'm an adult but my inner child was thinking: I could watch this movie again. Feel-good at its best.

    Also the cast is fun, really liked the fact that they mixed British and American accents. Because they are all different animals it's also a very neutral movie. Not too heavy on your mind. Relaxing and perfect to watch with your kids. But we watched it as two grown ups with an interest for 3D animation :) Our compliments!

    Sing along
    A great looking animation movie, about sticking together and follow your dreams.

    Don't let fear get to you, do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true.

    Nice to hear familiar voices, and some good music too.

    The animations are great, music is great.

    Story is okay, only thing missing for me is the humor.

    For young kids this may be too serious i guess, but still fun, and very colorful.

    I got the chills when the guitar started to play, and I still haven't found what I am looking for came on.

    Overall it's not the best animation story out there, like cars, or Shrek.

    But still a good one to see.

    It wasn't bad...!?
    I've watched the first sing, and I did not like it at all. So naturally my expectations were below the floor. Little did I know, this movie would actually knock the first out of the park. This one improved upon everything, from the story to the characters, and the animation is gorgeous in the new setting. Overall, a wonderful surprise that I believe anyone can enjoy.

    They did it again!
    All your favorite original all star cast members are back with more great additional voice talents and even a superstar guest. As always the plucky relatable characters are easy to connect with and we even get to see some of the other auditioners from the original movie again! It's another great story with an awesome soundtrack!!!

    I can't wait for the next installment!

    As always Ms. Crawley is the best!
