This is already not Jurassic Park, this is about gen engineering
I think people who worked on this film didn't watched previous parts. I have feeling like they looked start of the film and decided that this film is about gen engineering. But that factor in film needed only to explain spectators how they reincarnated dinosaurs.

Too much criminal elements in film. When we are playing the film we want to see dinosaurs and what they can do in chaos. Not just human factor and low impressing elements.

There are no interesting plot twists or something that can impress spectators.

Everything is predictable and not interesting.

In two words this film just for once. Watch and add to watchlist nothing more. Better if I will rewatch Jurassic park series than look this again.

Because this is not for what we are watching this film maximum rate I can give is 6/10. But there are a lot of little issues + big holes in scenery(for example how Santos knew and told about Kelly, if she was under arrest already?) So final rate will be maximum 5/10.

I will give 5/10 just because this is still the best film about dinosaurs for last years.

    Thanks for attention.

    Everyone hated it
I don't know why y'all hated the movie, I loved it.

I can say this is one of my favorite movies 'cause I really like Jurassic movies, also Blue and her children was too cute and their relationship with humanity, specially with Owen.

Btw, I really liked the plot and I'm happy 'cause I don't feel like their ruined Jurassic, it's fascinating. Humans were so kind to dinosaurs, at least most of them and that's so cute, the way the builders guided those two dinosaurs was literally so beautiful and peaceful.

I don't know what else should I say, it's literally everything I can say without including spoilers but maybe y'all don't agree with me but I'm fr, I really liked the movie and I enjoyed every second when I watched it in the movie theater.

Something old, something new something borrowed, and then dino, Blue.
Something old, something new something borrowed, and then dino, Blue.

Pyroraptor is the first dromaeosaurid in the films to be depicted with feathers.

The main villain story of Jurassic World Dominion centers around Biosyn sending out mutated locusts in order to destroy the world's crops.

Four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar, Biosyn operatives attempt to track down Maisie Lockwood, while Dr Ellie Sattler investigates a genetically engineered swarm of giant insects.

They've been living under the radar to protect Maisie, but she feels like a prisoner. When Maisie goes missing, Owen and Claire set out to find her, and eventually confront Lewis Dodgson, owner of Biosyn. Paleobotanist Ellie Sattler, Paleontologist Alan Grant, and Chaotician Ian Malcolm set out to expose Dodgson's schemes.

One of the most interesting details that Jurassic World Dominion introduces is the practice of dinosaur smuggling, something that plays into the dinosaur black market seen in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Jurassic World Dominion introduced Kayla Watts as a dinosaur smuggler, here is a new idea in the Jurassic universe

146 minutes, this will be the longest Jurassic Park film to date.

Spectacular edge of your seat action on blu ray it's special effects are so good .complete the 31 yr journey with 38 dinosaurs and a few old friends from the original as 2generations unite to fight the future this film which has an extra 17 mins extended as breathaken battle between humanity and the pre historic creatures gets bigger as iconic characters bring the nostalgia events to the fore After surviving the destruction of Isla Nubla, Owen Grady and Claire Dearing took in young Maisie Lockwood. They've been living under the radar to protect Maisie, but she feels like a prisoner. When Maisie goes missing, Owen and Claire set out to find her, and eventually confront Lewis Dodgson, owner of Biosyn. Paleobotanist Ellie Sattler, Paleontologist Alan Grant, and Chaotician Ian Malcolm set out to expose Dodgson's scheme Join for free Biosyn Valley is a massive facility run by Biosyn that was used to create, research, and experiment on dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals in Jurassic World Dominion. However, the facility is absolutely wrecked at the end of the trilogy, with the area being turned into a dinosaur sanctuary. Dinosaurs roaming free will undoubtedly change the ecosystem of Biosyn Valley, with the mass amount of dinosaurs Fantastic set pieces

Nostalgia has become such a common device but there are some movies where it just works.that when trex ambushed a boat in jurassic park 2 and landed in l. A it's was jaw dropping back then roaming the streets for his young trex seeing it in the open was a precursor for Jurassic World Dominion is one such flick, combining this generation's heroes with those of the '90s with a surprising amount of success. Now, Dominion is far from a perfect movie. But how low of a rating can you really give to a film that had you grinning from ear to It's the inbetween film of Jurassic series better that Jurassic Park 3 but not as good as the two Jurassic worlds but not far off

Let's get the weaker points out of the way before we dive into all the reasons this movie kind of rules.. Anything that makes your ears perk up here is going to be thanks to homages - particularly with Owen and Claire - where it kinda seems like neither Chris Pratt nor Bryce Dallas Howard wanted to be on set that day. And the character of Maise (that's Fallen Kingdom's cloned child), while admirably performed by Isabella Sermon, mostly just plays as a lack of faith in the audience to find empathy without a human counterpart to the dinosaur's

While none of these are insignificant flaws, Jurassic World Dominion still manages to play with dino DNA in a way that keeps you excited and marks some notable improvements from previous entries. Most notably is the character of Claire Dearing. She's given breakneck character changes between Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, none of which are earned in any way that's meaningful. In Dominion, we get several moments that retroactively acknowledge the woman she was when she allowed Isla Nublar to fall and the woman she wants to be now that she sees the dinosaurs as actual living beings that this film is actually going to have more animatronics than its predecessors. As he put it: "We've actually gone more practical with every Jurassic movie we've made since the first one, and we've made more animatronics in this one than we have in the previous two." There's a sequence in Malta. The dinosaurs didn't come there by choice. Malta is really the hub for the dinosaur underground black market. It's where they're imported and exported, bought and sold. And that's part of our world, too the animals are displaced from their natural habitat, as they were in the last movie, and brought to other places where they don't necessarily belong. And chaos can easily ensue there." First appearance of Lewis Dodgson and BioSyn (which is never actually mentioned by name) since the first film. The novel The Lost World has Dodgson travel to Isla Sorna to retrieve dinosaur eggs. Steven Spielberg reportedly told Cameron Thor to expect a call to appear in the film, so this story element may have been in early drafts of the script. Ultimately, however, Dodgson and BioSyn were replaced by Peter Ludlow (a character invented for the film) and InGen. Dodgson's manner of death; in which a mother T-Rex lets her young make its first kill; was used for Ludlow as well.

Here is the name of every Dino that has turned up in this one 38 T-Rex, and of all the dinosaurs in Jurassic World: Dominion, this one remains the my-favorite. The iconic predator is the unofficial mascot for the series

Velociraptor The Franchise's Smartest Dinosaurs Continue To Have A Strong Presence

Pyroraptor A New Feathered Dinosaur Joined The FranchiseOne of the new dinosaurs in Jurassic World: Dominion is the Pyroraptors, which generated a lot of buzz. These distinctive raptors are feathered in the movie. This is an interesting choice since Jurassic Park and Jurassic World dinosaurs aren't scientifically accurate

Mosasaurus The Most Terrifying Dinosaur Ever To Grace The Ocean One of the breakout stars when it comes to the newest dinosaurs in Jurassic World: Dominion, the Mosasaurus quickly became one of the most iconic animals in the entire franchise, even getting to kill the mutant Indominus Rex. It also holds the distinction of being the first of the park's residents to break free and leave the island behind Atrociraptor The Velociraptor's Antagonistic Cousin the shoulder-height pack-hunter position in Jurassic World: Dominion is filled by the Atrociraptor. Larger and more brutish than Blue, they're one of the carnivores Owen has to avoid while racing through the streets of Malta on a motorbike

Allosaurus The Prehistoric Carnivore That Terrorizes Malta The carnivorous Allosaurus made its debut in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, where at least five examples of the species made it back to the mainland alive. One of these surviving Allosaurus was purchased in the film's dinosaur auction, and another was observed doing battle with a stubborn Nasutoceratops in the short film Battle at Big Rock. In Jurassic World: Dominion

Carnotaurus The Cretaceous Predator That (Almost) Matches The T-RexThe other deadly predator unleashed on the streets of Malta after the dinosaurs at the black market in Jurassic World: Dominion are liberated

Quetzalcoatlus A Flying Dinosaur That Preys On Planes Therizinosaurus The Terrifying Clawed Predator From Pre-History

Giganotosaurus The Rival To The T-Rex With An Incredibly Appropriate Name Giganotosaurus The Rival To The T-Rex With An Incredibly Appropriate Name Triceratops A Trike And Its Adorable Baby Make For A Heartwarming Dominion Moment Nasutoceratops And Sinoceratops A Two-Horned Cousin Of The Triceratops Parasaurolophus The Herbivores Owen Herded Apatosaurus A Replacement For The Brachiosaurus Dreadnoughtus The Largest Dinosaurs In Existence.

    8.5/10.

    Well What Did You Expect?
I am amazed at all the bad reviews. Complaints about the dinosaurs not looking "real" enough? Um, this is a fantasy series. It was fun to gather characters from throughout the series. It was fun to see the repercussions of the dinosaurs roaming the entire planet in modern times. The first segments had an Indiana Jones feel to it, which was fun too. Complaints about the graphic novel style acting? What would you expect? It was a fun movie to watch even with elements of surprise years long gone. Just who is watching such a movie with standards in mind for non-fantasy films? Please get over yourselves.

    Action packed dinos
If you are looking for a long film about dinosaurs, special affects, Chris Pratt chasing dinos and bad guys on a cold rainy day gere you go. This resuscitates the old story with the original cast of actors, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldbloom and Sam Neill. Campbell Scott plays the corporate lord and Chriss Pratt, Bryce Howard, Dewanda Wise did really great fast paced action. This is short on depth of character development perhaps its rated PG 12. I can see it be good for grammer school age kids who are discovering dinosaurs or a remake of Godzilla monter flicks. But on the whole it does not explore the genetic anomaly in an intelligent way. The character Massie is a gentic clone but they didnt explore her special abiliites. Disappointing overall.

No Reviewer Mentions the Music. It Drove Me Crazy
Michael Giacchino composed the music for this disaster of a movie. Nearly 90% of the movie (action!) has some pumping, driving, juiced up "music" which is so overwhelming, it's ridiculous. Dear Mr. Giacchino: The music is supposed to "accompany" the scenes ---- not drown them out completely.

Whew. I had to stop mid-film to write my review. This movie is THAT BAD. "Sorely disappointed" barely covers how cheated I feel. I was really looking forward to seeing this . . .

Aside from the music, the lack of chemistry between Dern and Neill is painful in the extreme. Stealing a line from Debra Morgan's character in Dexter: "I'd rather put out a campfire with my face . . ." than ever again see Laura Dern and Sam Neill try to act like they're gonna jump in the sack together. Cringefest, USA.

And "The Hand." An earlier review headlines "Not the Hand." Re: Chris Pratt and holding up his hand every other scene. Geez. Who wrote this moronic script? Feed them to the (insert your favorite glamoured and enhanced meat-eating dinos here).

Here's my summation of this movie:

More dinosaurs than in previous Jurassic films, terrible acting (by seasoned actors ---- the newbies did okay), trope after trope after trope, action action action. RIP any true facts about dinosaurs.

Oh ---- and I think those Velociraptors were running close to 70-80mph on the air strip, not 50mph. Amazing how they ran (as others have already mentioned) and ran and ran and RAN and never got tired. I had no idea dinosaurs were capable of such magnificent endurance and at that speed for such prolonged prolonged prolonged (so stupid) distances. They must have been training in secret in those labs.

Gotta go watch the rest of the movie because . . . I'm a glutton for punishment it seems. Gonna do it with the sound off, though.

    P. S. (Serious query: Why does the girl have a thick Brit accent when she was raised in US? Does accent come with DNA? Or did I miss where she was raised in UK?)

The Jurassic Park protagonists come together in Marvel's Savage Land, minus Ka-Zar
As dinosaurs freely roam the Earth, Owen & Claire (Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard) seek to find their kidnapped adopted daughter (Isabella Sermon), which takes them to Malta and then a remote dinosaur preserve in the Dolomite Mountains of northeastern Italy. Meanwhile Ellie Sattler and Alan Grant (Laura Dern and Sam Neill) have serious concerns about the remote facility wherein they reunite with Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum).

"Jurassic World: Dominion" (2022) isn't great like the previous "Fallen Kingdom" (2018) and is arguably the least of the second trilogy. There are some Indiana Jones elements in the Malta segment and James Bond bits at the technologically advanced lair in the mountains, both of which I appreciate.

Yet I strangely never bought the characters as real people. They always struck me as actors performing according to a contrived script, which tries too hard to check the diversity boxes. Still, there's certainly enough here to entertain if you're interested in a dinosaur-oriented sci-fi adventure.

The film runs 2 hours, 27 minutes, with the Extended Version running just over 12 minutes longer (I viewed the latter). The primary shooting locations include British Columbia, Malta, Hawaii and the UK (Pinewood Studios).

    GRADE: B-/C+

Guns, Love, Teen, DNA Modify, Cliche?? I THOUGHT THIS WAS A DINOSAUR MOVIE
Ever since the 4th movie, JP lost it's course and went wild.

No sense of what the first movie was anymore.

Squeezing in politics and modern day appeal has made this movie into another quick flick to let your time go by.

You can't relate to any characters anymore.

There is no surprise or excitement when you see dino anymore.

Cliche of love story, daddy issue, teen rebelling, I mean isn't this suppose to be about DINOSAUR, not LOVE, TEEN, DNA , GENE modifying?

This is a Sci-Fi movie with 10% mix of dinosaur.

Huge let down, and a good reminder that Hollywood needs to stop with these stupid sequel.

    Shame on you all.

Fiercesome_Fool said what I was thinking
Fast & the Furious with dinosaurs.

Too much going on. Seemed like half of their dialogue was overdubbed in post-production, which would explain how bad some of the acting was.

This film seemed like one giant excuse to do a bunch of travelling with everybody wearing designer clothes. Blah blah blah.

Campbell Scott is usually great, and his parents were practically acting royalty. He's way more capable than this, and could do evil well.

I love the original heroes and it was cool to see some of the extra Dinos. ***SPOILER ALERT! Kudos to Ian Malcolm's horny dog and his shin callous***

But Jurassic Park can't seriously get any bigger than this, can it? Uh oh, now that I've said that, they'll make it three times bigger. Perhaps they can do a cross-over with Independence Day and do Dinosaurs in Space. Then we can find out that Ian Malcolm is actually the long lost twin of David Levinson! Then since they're on the subject of twins, they can shoehorn Arnie and Danny DeVito into the plot.

    Okay
So this isn't a good one But if you are a fan of the game called Ark survival evolved then this is one of the best Because I really like the game and in this movie most of the Dinos are there, And you can feel them more And if you didn't play the game you should go and try it After they called the first raptor Blue most of us had a tamed raptor called blue haha 😂 Raptors are super dangerous they come fast and in pack you can't go out of your shelter without preparation, otherwise you're dead for sure even if your level is high, they're nuts and that makes the game awesome the Giganotosaurus are kill everything no matter what, I'm not sure why he just died that easily Anyway was fun to see them more alive here than inside the game.
