    Good up living movie
Another great up living movie, love to watch this and make you feel good in needed time.the movie give me chill by all the characters, and all the cast is so much alike the real their real person. This movie bring you in an emotional train, from hate to the situations and characters, bring a smile and a little bit off tingling in few moments.

I would recommend this movie to a friend or to a a-school teacher for their movie list.

This is my first review and I know it is not like any of the review. I just practicing my review and hopefully will continue improving. I should do this thing long time ago, this is a good practice.

    Cheers guys 🍻

    AMAZING MOVIE
Let me just start this off by saying, 12 Mighty Orphans absolutely pulled at my heart strings. I kind of expected it but I also didn't. Obviously Hardy Brown's moment where he showed an emotion other than anger had me. When he was telling Rusty about what happened to his parents it absolutely broke my heart. Then, when he finally did the "stupid chant" I was on the VERGE of tears. This movie is absolutely beautiful and so authentic. The casting was amazing, the similarities between actor to the real people was astonishing. There's nothing that I don't like about this movie. I don't even like football but this movie was amazing.

Hard times bring out great people
12 Mighty Orphans is a great movie, but it has its flaws. The movie is just like most historical sport movies, a team sucks or there isn't even a team, a new coach and some inspiration come along, and they go off and win while nobody thought they ever could. Boom, you have a great and generic sports movie. But, this one adds a bit of sadness because it is based in the great depression and it is about orphans. I really did like this movie and the story was really touching to me. I would also have no hope if my parents just left me at a strange place. I also really love the actor they chose for Rusty, he is just such an iconic actor and I love all the other movies he is in. If you love sports movies about the underdog going above and beyond, this is the movie for you.

Worst 6.9 rated movie I've ever seen
SPOILER ALERT I haven't reached the end of the movie yet, but it's truly woeful. The beginning is rushed and felt like many other movies that have already been done. One angry kid who's had a really awful life that overcomes what's happened to him and learns to respect the coach he starts off hating. The pompous adversary coach who looks like Kim Jong Un (what on earth were they thinking!), who will clearly lose to the 12 Mighty Orphans in a final, but I really can't see me getting to the end to find out. A player gets badly injured and can't carry on playing. The acting is so embarrassing at times that the music completely fails to provide any sort of impact on what are meant to be emotional or serious scenes. Morgan Freeman clearly wasn't available for narration. The football scenes are so weak.

Everything is a rip off of every other movie that's been done before, but just done so much worse than every other movie.

The only part I liked was the joke ya know what those Dowse-girls( couldn't quite understand) say after a good poke? Get off me Dad, you're crushing me smokes. 🤣 thank goodness for this joke to stop the movie being 1 star.

Reading the other reviews I think I'll look into getting the book, I'm sure it's an inspiring read and has to be a far cry from this shower of ....

What a great football movie! I loved it!
For all of us old football players we remember what it was like in the 60's, 70's and 80,s playing small town football with all of us country boys spanking up on the city boys. Man that was fun, that's America man. But these tough boys played before we had nice helmets and pads and played with steel spikes in their shoes. I remember my grandfathers story I heard a hundred times how his liver was perforated with those steel spikes. Footballs a damn tough game, unless you've played you simply don't know how rough it was and you just have no idea how the game is played. But these boys had it really tough with that old equipment.

I'm a movie buff and I love so many different genres, but when I watch an underdog sports movie it inspires me all over again as if I was there...it makes me remember how hard work playing football and studying hard to make the team prepared us for the rest of our lives. Those of us with inspiring coaches know what I'm talking about. If it weren't for selfless coaches like coach of the mighty orphans I dare say corporate America of those years would have so many more worthless, crooked employees like there are today if it weren't for all the great teachers/coaches that gave us the confidence to be better than we ever dreamed we could be.

It sounds simplistic but it taught us all to work hard, work smart, to have good morals and good values. It's still going on today and not just in football. Get your kids off their iPhones and computers and on the field or court, both boys and girls.. I'll guarantee you they'll be much better for it. If it weren't for a great coach and everything he taught us about life on and off the field, I'd never made it off the farm and into a successful banking career. This is what makes the US great.. liberals and conservatives alike.

Unfortunately there are so many crooked men who , like in this movie have cheated and corrupted our country. Most of them are white conservatives. It's sad to say but still today, that I as a very white WASP see these same heathren holding down the poor white, black and anybody not born in this country. It's time for all of us to fight back and finally stop the corruption once and for all for our children. Liberals have to get a back bone and fight fire with fire because talking doesn't work anymore.. not when the conservatives are crooked to the core. It's time to stand up and fight back America.

What an inspiring movie. A must watch for all families!! And if your a family man or woman you must stop voting conservative before we lose our country.
