phd_travel - 5 February 2024 Too little too late - no magic The romance starts off nice so it's a bummer to know he is dead. Then it takes a long time for the connections to take place. But it doesn't happen till almost the end. Just a little mirror stuff and a dream in Paris. Compared to the great movies like Ghost there is no magic. Nowadays the romance movies are often weak. So little substance. The jumping around in time is a bit annoying because it breaks up the momentum.
The cast isn't the most attractive. I like Joey King's acting. She is not the most beautiful a actress but she is convincing. The actor Kyle Allen is a bit ordinary looking. Not romance movie calibre.
No point watching this movie.
kelly-woods - 21 January 2023 It was okay Did I enjoy watching this movie? I'm not sure I can say yes or no... hence the 5 stars. Would I watch it again? Unfortunately no.
I love a tragic romance like you wouldn't believe. Make me cry and I will watch a movie again and again, but this one just missed the mark. I found myself losing interest and didn't really care what happened towards the end.
All of the ingredients are there for a great love story, and I actually liked the idea but it just felt like acting. I didn't get whisked away into their world like you do in something like the Notebook. It just didn't feel like this all consuming love that the story tried to say it was.
It's just not a memorable movie and I won't be telling anyone about it tomorrow. Sorry!
valentinacarreno-67218 - 4 July 2022 Definition of cringe Please do not waste your time Watching this movie. The story is so basic, the performance are embarazing and the script was the worst.
Absolutley bad movie. Stupid af.
witra_as - 7 May 2022 Gripping but wearing Partly gripping but mostly wearying romantic drama about heartbreaking loss. Arie Posin couldn't place supernatural elements well into plot.
Though Allen provided little chemistry, King almost single-handedly kept us engaged until its foregone conclusion.
